Turns out, our worries were unfounded. The contrary happened. We entered ONA's flagship as curious customers and left as die-hard fans. This was not only because of the most impressive inventory of spectacular beans we ever had the chance to choose from. A large part of our experience was the fantastic service we received from everyone on the team at the bar that day. First and foremost, it was an honor and a pleasure to meet Victor Vu and to witness him exercising his craft to perfection. Victor is a true champion who loves his work and makes his passion palpable for his audience. Sitting at the counter and seeing the work the team at ONA's flagship accomplished confirmed for us why ONA is rightfully regarded as a mecca for specialty coffee.
