The moment you enter The Espresso Lab - Roastery, you know you are in a very special place. It is not just the elegant design or the impressive equipment you see; it is the people. You witness coffee professionals at work: roasting, preparing coffee, and taking care of visitors. All of them are striving to provide their customers with the best coffee experience possible. They succeed. There are only a few places in the world that prepare such outstanding coffee with similar dedication. Case in point: On our last visit, the Head of Quality Control, Fajar, made sure to answer all of our nerdy questions about the different beans, their origins, and even about the milk they use. Moreover, Fajar kindly took the time to tell us the extraordinary story of this place and its people. They work hard every day to make sure that we get to try excellent coffee. We are very thankful for that.
