Path is a heaven for coffee connoisseurs. They take terroir seriously, just like process and preparation. If this description positively reminds you more of a place for fine wines than specialty coffee, you will be pleasantly surprised when you enter their shop. Path's place close to Victoria Market indeed resembles a wine bar to some extent. Complete with seats at the counter, right where the magic happens. (We love sitting at counters, by the way, no matter what kind of bar.) While Path's location is not off the beaten track, the coffee they serve is. In the best way imaginable, that is. You can expect some of the finest roasters from around the world right next to Path's own creations, which they select and roast in small batches. Path is a gem. Its congenial owners and their team diligently polish this jewel every day and make it shine brilliantly. We are very thankful for that.
